Our name Alianza comes from the Spanish word for alliance, and it is more than our name, it is our mission.

What began as a personal search for answers has grown into a global network dedicated to making advanced diagnostic testing more accessible.
Alianza Biohealth began with a life-changing experience.
Our founder, Wilberto, did not set out to transform healthcare. But when his newborn son was diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies, everything changed. After countless doctor visits and few clear answers, he and his wife became relentless advocates for their child’s health. Their search for better testing and more effective solutions led them beyond conventional systems and into the world of advanced functional and integrative diagnostics.
That journey not only improved their son’s quality of life, it revealed a much larger gap in healthcare. Patients and practitioners alike were struggling to access accurate, specialized testing that could provide real answers.
What began as a personal mission became a professional calling.
With nearly 20 years of experience in functional and integrative laboratory testing, Wilberto has worked extensively with patients facing chronic illness, developmental conditions, and complex health challenges. He has trained under internationally recognized experts, including Dr. William Shaw in the United States and Dr. Armin Schwarzbach in Germany, with a focus on metabolic function, environmental toxins, tick-borne disease, and chronic infections.
His work has taken him across more than 25 countries, where he has both attended and spoken at medical conferences, building relationships with leading laboratories and healthcare professionals worldwide.
In 2022, he founded Alianza Biohealth with a clear and purposeful vision:
Access to advanced diagnostic testing should not be limited by geography, awareness, or traditional systems. It should be available to every patient and practitioner who needs it.
Today, Alianza Biohealth serves as a global alliance connecting patients and practitioners with accredited laboratories across Europe, North America, and South America. The company was built on the belief that better testing leads to better answers, and ultimately, better outcomes.
Wilberto’s work is also deeply personal.
In addition to founding Alianza Biohealth, he and his wife created Safe Bakes, an allergen-free, preservative-free bakery in the Kansas City area, inspired by their son’s dietary needs. His experiences as both a parent and a professional continue to shape the company’s commitment to personalized support, accessibility, and real-world impact.
A polyglot who speaks six languages, Wilberto brings a uniquely global perspective to his work, helping bridge gaps between patients, practitioners, and laboratories across cultures and regions.
